What this page can and cannot tell you.
It asks api.masterlockoutsync.com/health from your own browser every
30 seconds, so what you see is the answer you would get, not a status
somebody typed in. But this page is served from the same infrastructure as the
API — so if this page will not load at all, assume everything is
down. A status page hosted next to the thing it monitors is honest
about that or it is decoration.
On Tradovate a lockout the broker has accepted stays in force through an outage here; on Rithmic and CTS T4 the cooling-off window is enforced by our server, so an outage ends it early. If you cannot reach us, use your trading platform's own flatten — that is why the FAQ tells you to keep it reachable.
