Close every position, cancel every order and lock trading out across all your futures accounts, prop firm or broker — from your phone, in seconds, whether or not your trading PC is even switched on.
72 hours free. A card is required; nothing is charged.
Every trader has a line. Almost nobody can hold it at the moment it matters.
You don't buy it hoping to use it.
Platform frozen. Machine rebooted. Internet dropped at the house. Or you're simply out, and the market did something you didn't plan for.
Every second spent getting back to a screen is a second the position is still open. Lockout Sync removes that trip entirely — you flatten from wherever you happen to be standing.
Every open position closed. Every working order cancelled. Then, on Tradovate a genuine broker-side lockout — new orders refused at the broker for 70 seconds; on Rithmic and CTS T4 our server cancels anything that appears during the window.
Then it checks. Positions are re-read and confirmed twice. Anything still open is named, not glossed over.
Lockout Sync doesn't run on your trading PC. It holds its own broker sessions on its own server, keeps them alive by itself, and answers your phone directly.
The thing that goes wrong is usually the thing you were relying on. So this doesn't rely on it.
Run a trade copier or a stack of Tradovate accounts and the API rate limit can hit: your platform stops taking commands while your positions stay open. Lockout Sync was built for that moment.
The close goes out from our servers, on our connection — not from your PC, your Wi-Fi or your Ethernet. Your platform can be frozen or switched off; the phone only needs a signal.
Lockout Sync for NinjaTrader closes prop-firm Tradovate accounts over its own direct line to Tradovate, alongside the one NinjaTrader trades through.
No panic. One tap. Stay in control. If Tradovate refuses a close as well, Lockout Sync names the account that is still open — nothing is assumed.
Built for a phone screen at a bad moment.
Trailing drawdown, high-water mark and the exact dollars to liquidation — from your broker’s own figures where it publishes them, from the rule you enter where it does not, and never looser than your broker’s.
All your prop firms and brokers together. Collapse the quiet ones, watch the ones that matter.
Not "something's wrong" — which account, how close to the limit, and how many dollars are left.
A flatten that didn't finish tells you so, by symbol and account, instead of quietly reporting success.
Set one per account. When the day’s loss reaches it, that account’s positions are closed, its orders cancelled, and anything opened on it is closed again until the next session opens.
Every trading day’s P&L and closing balance on a calendar, with stats, a note for any day or week, and the day’s trades on Tradovate connections.
US high- and medium-impact events from Forex Factory, in your own time zone, on the days ahead. Included in every plan, like the journal.
A push notification when a connection signs out, when a broker stops answering, or when a daily loss limit is reached.
One job. Worth being precise about.
It cannot open a position, enter an order, or size anything up. Every trade in your account is one you or your own tools placed.
Fire it and every position on the monitored accounts is closed, every working order cancelled. Not selective. Not reversible. You choose which accounts are monitored, and you choose when to press it.
Lockout Sync works the same on a live brokerage account as it does on a funded one.
A prop firm has a drawdown limit and enforces it. On your own account nobody does. The only thing standing between a bad hour and a bad month is you, at exactly the moment you're least able to be objective.
Every position closed, every working order cancelled, then a 70-second cooling-off window — across every monitored account, from your phone, whether or not your trading machine is still running. On Tradovate the broker refuses new orders in that window; Rithmic and CTS T4 have no broker-side lockout, so there our server cancels anything that appears.
Drawdown alerts are built around a prop firm’s trailing limit and a broker’s high-water mark. On your own account there is no firm limit, so you set one: a daily loss limit per account. When the day’s loss reaches it, the account’s positions are closed, its orders cancelled, and it stays locked until the next session opens. The flatten and the lockout are identical. We’d rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
Keep your charts. We connect underneath them.
Lockout Sync attaches to the layer your account is routed through, not the software you watch it on. Connect through NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic or CTS T4 (simulator accounts for now) today — and because Rithmic is a routing path rather than a chart, that one connection also covers accounts you watch on Quantower, ATAS, DeepCharts, Tradesea, Sierra Chart or MultiCharts.
NinjaTrader accounts that route through Tradovate — NinjaTrader has owned Tradovate since 2022. No desktop platform required.
Tradovate accounts, including those issued by prop firms.
Rithmic accounts, including those issued by prop firms — whichever charting software you watch them on.
One prop firm login can carry twenty accounts — you pay for the ones you monitor. Cancel any time.
One 72-hour free trial per person, starting when you subscribe. A card is required to
begin it; nothing is charged for those 72 hours and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Upgrade any time and only pay the difference — we credit the unused
part of the month you have already paid for, and show you the exact amount before you
confirm. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep
what you paid for until it runs out. Payments are otherwise final and non-refundable.
Cancelling stops the renewal: you keep access to the end of the period you paid for, your
connections are then suspended, and their stored credentials are deleted 30 days later
unless you come back.
